Google AdSense Updates Consent Withdrawal Method, Now Uses 'Privacy and Cookie Settings'

Google AdSense has made the following changes regarding consent withdrawal:

• Removed reference to your privacy policy as a place to withdraw consent.
• Clarified that the revocation link at the bottom of the page should say "Privacy and cookie settings".
• AdSense automatically adds the required European regulations message revocation link to sites displaying European regulations messages.
• When a user resurfaces the CMP using the revocation link, the message will present 3 options to the user: "Consent", "Do not consent", and "Manage options".

• Google's commitment to providing users with consistent transparency and controls over their data.
• Ensuring that consent revocability meets the requirements of the Privacy & messaging user consent program.

You can include a consent revocation link on your website by placing it on your data, cookie, or privacy policy page if you wish. Additionally, Google AdSense will automatically add the required European regulations message revocation link to your site if you display European regulations messages.
