Google Ads Dynamic Remarketing setup has changed recently. Previously, enabling Dynamic Remarketing required going into Audience Manager, editing the Ad Source page of the tag, switching on “Collect specific attributes or parameters to personalize ads,” and selecting your business type. However, the Ad Source page has moved from Audience Manager to Data Manager, and the interface has been updated. The "Edit Source" option is no longer found in either location.
Google support confirmed that manual configuration of dynamic remarketing is deprecated. Now, you no longer need to enable it manually or select a business type. The checkboxes previously used didn’t affect functionality.
