A new feature, Conditional Formatting, has been introduced in Meta Ads Manager, allowing users to apply formatting directly within the platform, rather than only in the 'Ads reporting' tool. This update enables quick identification of top and low-performing ads.
To use this feature, click the arrow next to the column name and select 'Conditional formatting.' A window will open for creating new rules with the following options:
- IF column: Choose from 'Cost per result', 'Purchase ROAS', CPM, CTR, and CPC.
- For event: Select 'All events' or specific individual events.
- Is: Apply conditions such as 'Greater than', 'Greater than or equal to', 'In range', 'Less than', 'Less than or equal to', and 'Not in range'.
- Apply color: Choose from colors like 'Red', 'Yellow', 'Green', or 'Blue'.
After saving, users can add more rules or finalize the report, resulting in a colorful analysis based on minimum and maximum values. This update enhances the reporting experience in Meta Ads Manager.
