The report shows the size of your lists, indicating how many users have been available for ad personalization over the past 30 days. This helps you understand your audience better and improve your remarketing strategies.

About Audience Segments in GA4
Audience segments can be created and managed in the Audience manager section. These segments enable control over which audience groups see ads across various Google platforms, including YouTube, Gmail, Google Search, and the Google Display Network.
