Google has now confirmed this by announcing the discontinuation of the My Business Q&A API, effective November 3, 2025. This information was shared via an email posted by Dale Jepto in the Local Search Forum.
The email specifies that after the discontinuation date, users will no longer be able to read or post questions and answers through the API. However, access to existing data and reporting details will remain available until the discontinuation. Additionally, Google mentioned it is updating the Q&A functionality and user experience, indicating potential changes to the feature in the future.
