Clarity Highlights is a new feature designed to transform long session recordings into short, insightful clips, similar to social media shorts. It addresses the common challenge of sifting through lengthy recordings to find valuable user interactions by automatically highlighting key moments such as taps, clicks, form inputs, and smart UI events. This feature uses smart event detection to filter out background noise and maintains a smooth viewing experience by skipping uneventful parts while preserving enough context.

How Highlights Work

Getting Started with Clarity Highlights
- Navigate to the Recordings tab in Clarity.
- Toggle on the Highlights feature.
- Select a session recording to watch highlights.
Currently, Highlights are available only for web session recordings and not supported on Clarity for mobile apps. By using Clarity Highlights, teams can spend less time searching through recordings and more time making informed decisions, improving collaboration, and enhancing user experiences.
