Search Console Excludes Anonymised Data When Filters Are Applied

The chart in Search Console shows a bigger loss after filtering because the action of including or excluding a query, such as a brand name, or a page, removes anonymised clicks. This results in a BIGGER chart loss than what the applied filter directly relates to.

In Search Console, the chart is disconnected from the table until filtering is applied. This disconnection can lead to situations where you might see click data in the chart but not in the query table. Once a filter is applied, the data in the chart and table will correspond more closely.
