Google has officially stopped conversion tracking for EU traffic unless Consent Mode v2 is implemented. Since July 21, without Consent Mode v2, conversions are no longer tracked and remarketing audiences are not being built, leading to declining Google Ads performance. This results in fewer signals, reduced targeting capabilities, and weaker optimization, already impacting campaigns across the EU. Advertisers who haven't implemented Consent Mode v2 are losing performance daily and need to fix this urgently to avoid further damage in their campaign reports.
