Google Ads will automatically link your YouTube channel to your Google Ads account after June 10, 2026, unless you take action to link or opt out beforehand. Once linked, you gain access to organic (non-paid) video metrics within Google Ads, enabling deeper insights into your content's performance. You can create audience segments based on viewers' past interactions with your channel, formerly known as remarketing lists. Additionally, engagements such as subscriptions from video ads can be tracked and used as conversion actions in Google Ads. There is an option to link your accounts immediately by clicking "Link now" in the notification, or you can choose to opt out of automatic linking before the deadline via the provided opt-out link.
