The significance of this change lies in the ability to create custom audiences without incurring costs. For instance, brands can now build audiences of Subscribe & Save customers who have made more than three purchases, a data set previously inaccessible without payment. This allows for the creation of lookalike audiences based on loyal customers, which can lead to increased chances of acquiring high-LTV shoppers.
