Amazon Brand Metrics Adds New Category Metrics for Customer Insights and Growth

Amazon has introduced two new category metrics for Brand Metrics:

New Metrics

  1. % Subscribe & Save new-to-brand customers:

    • Measures the percentage of Subscribe & Save customers that are new to the brand within a selected category and time frame.
  2. Subscribe & Save customers:

    • Counts the total individual Subscribe & Save customers in a selected category over a specified time frame.

Benefits
