YouTube is launching five new creation tools for Shorts this spring, aimed at enhancing user experience and creativity.
New Video Editor
The updated video editor allows for precise adjustments, including clip timing with zooming and snapping, rearranging or deleting clips, adding music or timed text, and previewing the final product. This improvement addresses a top request from creators.
Beat-Synced Edits
A new feature will enable users to sync their edits to the beat of selected songs, simplifying the process of creating rhythmically aligned Shorts.
Enhanced Templates
Templates will now allow users to incorporate photos from their gallery and will soon include effects. Original creators of templates will receive automatic attribution.
Unique Style Expression
Users can add image stickers from their gallery to personalize their Shorts, enhancing their creative expression.
AI Sticker Creation
A new feature will allow users to generate unique AI stickers using simple text prompts, providing a personalized touch to their content.
