The promotion of the Structured Data Files (SDF) QA format to general availability is announced. Initially released in open beta on May 30, 2024, the QA format allows downloading SDFs for Line Item and YouTube Ad Group resources using human-readable values instead of numeric IDs, facilitating easier bulk review of resource settings in Display and Video 360. These read-only QA format files cannot be uploaded to modify or create Display & Video 360 resources.

New File Types

• Line Item - QA
• YouTube Ad Group - QA

These are available in SDF v6 and later and can be downloaded via the Display & Video 360 interface or Display & Video 360 API v3 by:

• Using FILE_TYPE_AD_GROUP_QA or FILE_TYPE_LINE_ITEM_QA FileType values in a ParentEntityFilter
• Providing relevant IDs to new lineItemQaIds and adGroupQaIds fields in an IdFilter
