Google Now Shares IP Ranges for User-Triggered Fetchers

Googlebot IP ranges for User-triggered fetchers are specific IP addresses from which fetch requests are made by Google tools and product functions when an end user initiates a fetch. These IP ranges are now shared by Google and can be found in the user-triggered-fetchers-google.json object.

The IPs in the user-triggered-fetchers-google.json object originate from Google and resolve to a google.com hostname, while the IPs in the user-triggered-fetchers.json object resolve to gae.googleusercontent.com hostnames. Google added the Googlebot IP ranges for User-triggered fetchers to the verify Googlebot page because it became technically possible to export these ranges. This allows users to verify the IP addresses that are making fetch requests to their sites as being controlled by Google products.
