Google FeedGen Update: Gemini 1.5 Pro Preview and Merchant Center Specification Change

Gemini 1.5 Pro is an updated version of Google FeedGen's support system. It boasts a much faster response time and a significantly larger context window of 1 million tokens, compared to Gemini 1.0's context window of 32,000 tokens.

While Gemini 1.5 Pro offers improved performance, it is important to note that the estimated costs of running the application with Gemini 1.5 can be up to 20 times higher than when selecting Gemini 1.0, which is usually sufficient for standard operations.

As of April 9, when importing FeedGen's output into Merchant Center, users should use the fields structured_title and structured_description instead of title and description. This change must be made directly in FeedGen's Output Feed tab.
