DV360 has introduced a new feature called insertion order objectives to streamline campaign creation and optimization. This feature allows users to select an objective that determines the default KPIs, line item types, and bid strategies available within an insertion order. This alignment ensures that all components work towards the same goal, enabling AI-powered optimizations and recommendations aligned with the ultimate KPI.
Depending on the selected objective, DV360 pre-populates the campaign with relevant KPIs. For example, a brand awareness objective might prioritize impressions, while a conversion-oriented objective might focus on clicks or conversions.
Existing insertion orders will be automatically assigned objectives based on their current bidding strategies and line item types. Users have the option to change the objective to "No objective" for more granular control over KPIs, line item types, and bid strategies.
