To access Ads Manager updates, follow this workaround:

1. While in Ads Manager, navigate to the address bar.
2. Look for the campaigns followed by a ? in the URL.
3. Remove everything after the ? and paste launch_help_tray=RELEASE_NOTES.
4. Press enter, and the Ads Manager updates should appear on the right side of the screen.
