Efforts are underway to simplify the search results page on Google for quicker access to information. Regular evaluations of existing features have revealed some that are infrequently used and not adding significant value. Consequently, Google will phase out these lesser-used features, aiming to enhance the overall user experience without major noticeable changes for most searches. This update is designed to streamline the page and improve search result speed. Additionally, site owners will receive updates regarding specific features utilizing structured data in the documentation changelog. Starting January 2026, support for certain structured data types in Search Console and its API will be removed.
