Google Play Store will soon introduce a feature called App Auto Open, which automatically opens apps after they are installed. This feature is optional and can be toggled on or off, with the default setting being off. Users will receive a notification when an app is auto-opened, which will appear as a banner at the top of the screen for five seconds. This notification can ring, vibrate, or be silenced based on device settings.
The App Auto Open option is located just below the install button and only appears after tapping the install button. This feature aims to help users who often forget about large-sized apps and games after downloading them.
Although the feature is not live yet, it has been discovered in version 41.4.19 of the Play Store through an APK teardown.
