Google has updated the documentation for structured data carousels (beta) to include current interest forms and supported query types. This update aims to reflect the current state of the feature and the process for expressing interest. As the feature is still in beta, changes in requirements or guidelines may occur.
Businesses based in or serving users in the European Economic Area (EEA) can express interest in these experiences by filling out specific forms:
- For ground transportation, hotels, vacation rentals, local businesses, and activities, use the Google Search aggregator features interest form.
- For flight queries, utilize the flight queries interest form.
- For shopping queries, engage with the Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) program.
Currently, this feature is available only in EEA countries on both desktop and mobile devices, focusing on travel, local, and shopping queries.
