Opera has unveiled the second version (R2) of its** Opera One browser** in developer beta, featuring enhanced multimedia controls, split tabs, and new AI capabilities. The browser now includes floating multimedia controls that can be resized and match the browser's theme. The split tab feature allows users to work on two web pages simultaneously, similar to functionalities in newer browsers like Arc and SigmaOS. Additionally, a new tab indicator called "traces" highlights recently closed tabs for users with more than 30 tabs open.
