Instagram has introduced new features to enhance user control over interactions following comment deletion. After deleting a comment, users now have two additional choices:
- Block new comments
- Block the account
Block New Comments
- Applies to posts and reels only
- User can still see new comments on your content
Block Account
- Prevents the user from messaging you
- Blocks the user from finding your profile or content on Instagram
These new options provide users with more granular control over their interactions, allowing for tailored responses to unwanted comments. This feature is being rolled out to Instagram users. Check for the latest app update to access these new options.
