Google Analytics allows administrators to send both standard and custom reports by email instantly. This feature enables team members to receive immediate analytics updates. The emailed report includes data for the specified date range with any filters or comparisons applied at the time of sending. However, reports for Realtime and Advertising cannot be sent by email.
Steps to Send a Report by Email
- Select Reports: In Google Analytics, navigate to the "Reports" section on the left.
- Open Report: Open the specific report you wish to email.
- Share Report: Click on "Share this report" at the top right and select "Send Email".
- Complete Fields:
- Report Name: Enter the name of the report, which will appear in the email body.
