When creating a new instant form, there may be an option for "Flexible Form Delivery" in the Form Type section, though it's unclear if this is a new feature or part of a test, as there is no official documentation available.
Flexible Form Delivery allows Meta to adjust or remove form elements based on user response likelihood. When enabled, Meta personalizes form settings for each lead with several optimizations:
- Remove the background image
- Skip the greeting
- Place the greeting behind a “see more” preview
- Change question ordering
- Move optional questions to the end
- Skip optional questions
- Re-order answers to optional questions
By default, this setting is "Optimized," allowing Meta to make adjustments automatically. Users can still provide an optional background image and greeting, and mark questions as optional.
In Manual mode, users can select which elements to tailor for each individual. Four options can be toggled:
- Remove background image
- Skip or relocate greeting
- Re-order questions and contact information
- Skip or position optional questions at the end
Utilizing this feature can help leverage Meta’s automations for better results, although significant improvements should not be expected. Testing it is recommended.
