Advertisers can either automatically source a promo code or manually add one, though automatic sourcing is not recommended if multiple promotions exist on the website. To add a promotion, go to the ad level in the campaign and find the 'Creative setup' section. It is important to check if Meta has automatically selected a promotion and adjust or disable it to avoid showing irrelevant promotions.
