Bing Experiments with New Lock Icon Placement in Search Snippets

Bing is testing the placement of the lock icon in their search results snippets. Specifically, they are moving the lock icon from the left of the URL to the right of the URL.

The lock icon is not always visible because it appears only when Bing is conducting tests. During regular usage, you might not see the lock icon unless Bing is actively testing different lock locations.
