Users may still encounter sponsored places and My AI responses. To subscribe, users need to go to their Profile, tap on the Snapchat+ banner, and select the Platinum Monthly Plan. A restart of the app may be required for the features to appear.
For managing subscriptions, users can transfer their Snapchat+ subscription to another account, cancel it, redeem gift cards purchased from third parties, request refunds, and troubleshoot issues with restoring purchases.
