According to LinkedIn research, misaligned values with a company is a deal breaker for more than two-thirds of Americans, and 87 percent say working for a company that demonstrates a commitment to the culture and values they believe in is important. Furthermore, jobs with values included attract up to 3x more views, indicating a strong trend in how people are deciding and approaching their job search.
