Summary

Instead of using a dropdown filter, add a table using the dimension you want to filter. The table display should be changed from vertical to horizontal orientation, aligning the dimension options in a row. Remove row numbers, pagination, table header color, and chart header, and the text size adjusted to 20px. Cross-filtering should be turned on. A reset option can be added by adding a button and selecting Report Actions > Reset Filters.
