Setting up Shoutout involves four main steps:

3. Customers complete tasks: Customers complete the tasks and make submissions, which you can review.
4. Customers get rewarded: Shoutout connects to your payment provider, like Stripe, and automatically rewards the customer.

Shoutout offers four pricing plans:

1. Starter: $35 per month for 1000 monthly active customers. Includes acquisition, activation, and engagement campaigns, custom branding, Slack integration, email notifications, Stripe & Chargebee support, PayPal support, onboarding assistance, standard support, custom rewards, and widget customizations.
2. Growth: $149 per month for 10000 monthly active customers. Includes all features of the Starter plan plus premium support.
3. Scale: $299 per month for 25000 monthly active customers. Includes all features of the Growth plan.
4. Ultimate: Custom pricing for unlimited monthly active customers. Includes all features of the Scale plan.

Customers are rewarded based on the completion of specific actions or reaching certain milestones. Rewards can be configured within Shoutout’s dashboard. The platform connects to your payment provider directly and rewards the customers automatically, eliminating the need for manual processing.
