The new related content feature in Gemini displays links to related content for fact-seeking prompts directly within Gemini’s responses. For English language prompts in certain countries, you can click on a chip at the end of a paragraph to see websites for deeper exploration on a topic. This feature also includes inline links to relevant emails if the response references information found using the Gmail extension. It builds on efforts to reduce hallucinations and verify responses using Google Search.

Google is expanding Gemini access to teenagers globally in over 40 languages. Teens who meet the minimum age requirement to manage their own Google Account will be able to use Gemini for understanding school subjects, preparing for university, or getting help with creative projects. To ensure safety and developmental appropriateness, additional policies and safeguards have been put in place, including a teen-specific onboarding process and an AI literacy guide. Google has also partnered with child safety and development experts to meet the unique needs of teens and families.
