BigQuery Adds JupyterLab Plugin for Data Exploration and Deployment

You can now leverage the BigQuery JupyterLab plugin to explore data, utilize BigQuery DataFrames in a Jupyter notebook, and deploy a BigQuery DataFrames notebook to Cloud Composer. This feature is currently in preview.
