Google Sheets now includes tables and pre-built tables. Users can insert a new table with a predefined structure using templates for common use cases. These templates can be accessed through the '@' menu or the 'Insert' menu. After selecting either option, a sidebar opens where users can browse, preview, and insert one or multiple pre-built blocks.
