By default, users are opted in, enabling X to use their posts and interactions to improve Grok. This aligns with EU data regulations but hasn't been widely advertised. Concerns include potential data misuse and misinformation, especially with Elon Musk's controversial views. Users can now choose to restrict their data from being used by xAI.
