
Maximizing LinkedIn Ads Match Rates: More Fields Yield Better Results

An experiment on LinkedIn ads found that using more fields from their template CSV (Email, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, Country) improves match rates. Solely relying on work emails, a common B2B marketing practice, results in lower match rates as most LinkedIn users register with personal emails. The more fields used, the higher the match rate, with just work email yielding a 5% match rate. The Google Advertising ID field was not tested.
