Google changed the campaign setup flow. Now you either select all channels, defaulting to Performance Max, or pick specific ones like Search, Display, or Video. To create a Standard Shopping campaign, you must choose Search only, though Shopping used to be a separate option. The setup now asks for channel selection rather than campaign format first.
