BigQuery now includes User-Defined Aggregate Functions (UDAF), allowing users to create an aggregate function using SQL code. This function can accept columns to be aggregated and those not to be, returning the result as a single value. However, some users may find it not yet available in their Console. Users can contribute to Open Source by adding UDAF to BigFunctions from Paul Marcombes.
